Background:   Lisa M. Schwartz is a hands-on technologist, starting her career as a BAL programmer on an IBM 360, then becoming a researcher, a writer, a 3x published author, a high-tech global product marketer and an experienced presenter.  By dedicating her life's work to technology, Lisa has developed a real-world understanding of how people, global organizations and technology shape one another.

 

Qualifications:  Across decades of work in global corporate enterprise software and hardware development, from conducting AI product launches to managing large‑scale, secure technical operations, she has consistently championed the idea that technology serves people first.  Her first book: "Integrating People with Process and Technology" embodies a "people-first" approach.

 

Recent Work:  Her recent leadership in AI product launches, AI strategy and project management with several certifications in AI, creation of responsible‑use guidelines, creating global customer advocacy and global cross‑functional education programs reflects her commitment to AI innovation enhancing people's capabilities.

 

Business Results:  Lisa has helped many global organizations envision and navigate business transformations by grounding every project in discovery, communication and clarity, yielding refined frameworks, messaging and processes, all using technology to serve people's needs.

Community Results:  Understanding that people can make a difference, not only in business, but also in the community, Lisa created a city-wide project in downtown Los Angeles that transformed the entire Broadway district in one month. The positive results of that effort can still be seen today.

Published Author and Presenter:  As a published author and a presenter with three books on technology adoption, she brings a blend of technical fluency and human‑behavioral insights that serve as precursors for the current conversation on global AI adoption and its impact on society.
